If you're aged 11-18 and want to meet other people your age for discussions, fun activities and great opportunities then Breakthrough Youth Project is for you! 

Through 2025-2026 we supported 413 young people through weekly sessions, holiday activities and one to one support 68% were classed as disadvantaged.

Out of 114 young people who provided feedback 55% reported that they feel happier about who they are due to the projects support & 28 have gained new skills & experiences. 47 Made new friends & felt less isolated or alone & 59 are more physically active, 50% felt more confident,  57% felt they had someone to talk to about issues & get support. 52 felt less stressed/frustrated
